Charlotte Bellew has close to 20 years of Executive PA and Office Management experience in brands such as Volkswagen Group, Mercedes-Benz and Deloitte. Charlotte combines her natural enthusiasm and innate positivity with extremely high standards of accuracy, diligence and determination. She consistently looks to go above and beyond the needs of her customers. 

She is often referred to as 'the glue' that bonds teams together and she plays a vital role in ensuring our operations here at emva run smoothly and efficiently, as well as offering support in the delivery of some of our business transformation services. Charlotte's core specialist skills include:

• Administrative support, diary and email management 
• Financial support, budget management, month end processes and accruals, purchase order and invoicing
• Social media management
• Event management and implementation
• Business process design

Charlotte lives in Northamptonshire with her husband and two girls. She is an avid reader, film fan and enjoys travelling with her family. Charlotte has served in a number of voluntary roles in the community, including as secretary of her local school association and social secretary at her local cricket club.

Steve Bellew launched emva after 20 years working in the retail and automotive industries, mainly in strategic and business transformation roles. Steve started his working life as a professional cricketer before injury forced him to get a proper job! Starting out with Argos in 2000 just after they'd launched their first transactional website, Steve has gone on to work directly for brands such as Tesco, Carphone Warehouse, SEAT and Audi.

The sense of team and supporting others to achieve collective success has never left Steve since his early days as a young cricketer. He has lead diverse teams, often made up of a mix of permanent client and agency staff to deliver lasting business change. Steve's specialist skills include;

• Existing operations evaluation and improvement
• Programme design, leadership and implementation
• Business requirements evaluation and prioritisation
• Strategy development and implementation
• Customer research, customer panel and testing development
• Tender management and supplier change management

Steve lives in Northamptonshire with his wife and two girls (who between them gave us our name emva!). Steve remains a hugely passionate sportsman, still playing the occasional game of cricket in between trying to get his golf handicap down. He's also a Northampton Town FC supporter and long suffering New York Jets fan.

Kerry has over 20 years of Executive PA and office management experience in brands such as Volkswagen Group and Virgin Active.  Her positive can-do attitude and her sense of humour make her a joy to work with.  Her organisational skills and attention to detail are second to none, which is essential in any fast-paced environment.  She remains calm under pressure and is always ready to adapt to any challenges that may arise.

Kerry is an authentic and genuinely caring person, who consistently goes above and beyond the needs of her clients.  She is a valuable asset to any team.

Kerry and her family have recently relocated to Somerset to enjoy life by the coast.
